Additionally, our human review team is…human. We don't claim to be infallible and may make errors.

9. Statements Made by AI

You may provide input to the Services (“Input”), and receive output from the Services based on the Input (“Output”). Input and Output are collectively “Content.” You are responsible for Content you share publicly, including its accuracy and ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Term

While we implement safeguards to promote accuracy and balance, AI systems may occasionally produce errors. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent TIMIO's views. If Output references any third party products or services, it doesn’t mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with TIMIO. You should not rely on any Outputs without independently confirming their accuracy.

News reports that appear automatically in the central newsfeed are checked by humans before publication. News reports you choose to generate via your own input are not. Additionally, our human team is not infallible and may make mistakes. If you believe we have made a mistake, see section 9.5.

9.1 Our AI may generate inaccurate or “hallucinated” responses.

9.2 All AI outputs are intended as opinion or suggestion only.

9.3 AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be true or factual.

9.4 You agree not to hold us liable for AI inaccuracies.

9.5 To report issues related to AI content, use the report button located on the bottom every news brief, or contact us via our website.

10. Copyright and DMCA

10.1 If you believe your copyright is infringed, contact us. We will investigate and may remove or disable access to the infringing material.

10.2 Repeat infringers may be permanently removed from the platform.
