1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before using Timio News. By using our Services or clicking to accept the Terms when presented, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Timio News.

5. Restrictions
5.1 No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling.
5.2 Do not use Timio News for illegal or prohibited purposes.
5.3 Don’t damage or overload our systems.
5.4 Don’t violate copyright or IP using our Services.
5.5 Do not interfere with app security or any site accessed through Timio.
5.6 You use Timio at your own risk and are liable for any legal violations.
5.7 Do not use “Reader View” to access locked or paywalled third-party content unless you are signed in to that service.
5.8 You may not copy, sell, license, or redistribute Timio content or software.
5.9 You agree not to violate any applicable laws or interfere with the rights or enjoyment of other users.
6. Termination
6.1 We may terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms.
6.2 Repeat copyright/IP infringers may be permanently banned.
7. Information About You
All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Timio News, you consent to our practices.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Timio News is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability.
8.2 We don’t guarantee that downloads will be virus-free. You are responsible for anti-virus protection and data safety.
8.3 We make no warranties that Timio News will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
8.4 All warranties, express or implied (including fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement) are disclaimed to the extent allowed by law.

9. Statements Made by AI

“Reader View” is a Timio News feature that simplifies articles into a clean, text-only format. It must not be used to bypass paywalls unless you are signed in to that service.
“AI” refers to any system using algorithms, machine learning, or NLP to generate or process content without human oversight.
